Mike is a dedicated family man to his wife Jessica and three children, Adam, Jacob, and Chloe, He was born and raised in the small farming town of Hollister, CA. He grew up on a 3,000-acre hay and alfalfa farm, where he learned the value of hard work and family. He attended San Diego State University. There, he studied business and also attended the San Diego Golf Academy. Upon graduation, he entered the golf industry, working at several country clubs and eventually becoming Director of Instruction at Ridgemark Country Club. Later, Mike & his college roommate In 2002, Knowledge United, an IT consulting firm, was born, and they took off. As the company grew successfully, they received acquisition interest and sold the company in 2012. Mike eventually started another company in 2014. This company focused on defense contracts in the IT space, working with companies such as Northrop Grumman and Raytheon. He ran this company for nine years, eventually selling it, and looked forward to retirement. After several months of retirement, he realized he was not ready to retire and wanted to return to an industry where he had daily customer contact. He then began working at Elevated Windows and Doors, which was an ideal fit as a local, family-owned business.

Ian McPherson grew up in the Illinois and Iowa region, the home of John Deere, where hard work, craftsmanship, and helping others were core values. A lifelong sports enthusiast and outdoorsman, Ian spends much of his free time hunting alongside his dog, Jax.

Married to his wife, Emily, Ian’s passion for home improvement started at a young age while growing up in the industry. He quickly discovered that helping homeowners transform their homes was more than a career—it was a calling.

That passion ultimately led him to found Elevated. After seeing a significant gap in the industry, Ian believed homeowners deserved a better experience, higher-quality products, and greater accountability. His mission is simple: build the premier window and door company in Idaho by delivering exceptional service, expert craftsmanship, and results homeowners can trust.

Jace is an Idaho native, born and raised in Idaho Falls. I have been a pro and college football fanatic all my life and have been to several games. From September to February, my Sundays are occupied following every game I can! I also love exploring the outdoors and visiting as many new locations as possible. I am engaged to my fiancée, Courtney, and moved to the Treasure Valley with her 4 years ago. That’s when I began my window and door journey. I started with a big national company and, after three years of corporate pressure and stress, moved onto a local company with a great reputation called Elevated. It is a true delight to work for a company that not only greatly cares for customers but employees as well. I thoroughly enjoy the tight-knit group we have here.
