Ben Sparrow

DESIGN CONSULTANT

Hi, I’m Ben! I’m excited to meet you, learn more about your home, and understand what you’re looking to accomplish. I pride myself on making the process simple, comfortable, and pressure-free while helping you find the best solution for your needs.

I’m originally from Twin Falls, and when I’m not helping homeowners, you’ll probably find me out golfing or taking care of my wife and our farm animals. I love spending time at home and enjoying the simple things in life.

I look forward to meeting you and helping make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible!

Ian McPherson

OWNER

Ian McPherson grew up in the Illinois and Iowa region, the home of John Deere, where hard work, craftsmanship, and helping others were core values. A lifelong sports enthusiast and outdoorsman, Ian spends much of his free time hunting alongside his dog, Jax.

Married to his wife, Emily, Ian’s passion for home improvement started at a young age while growing up in the industry. He quickly discovered that helping homeowners transform their homes was more than a career—it was a calling.

That passion ultimately led him to found Elevated. After seeing a significant gap in the industry, Ian believed homeowners deserved a better experience, higher-quality products, and greater accountability. His mission is simple: build the premier window and door company in Idaho by delivering exceptional service, expert craftsmanship, and results homeowners can trust.

Jace Allen

DESIGN CONSULTANT

Jace is an Idaho native, born and raised in Idaho Falls. I have been a pro and college football fanatic all my life and have been to several games. From September to February, my Sundays are occupied following every game I can! I also love exploring the outdoors and visiting as many new locations as possible. I am engaged to my fiancée, Courtney, and moved to the Treasure Valley with her 4 years ago. That’s when I began my window and door journey. I started with a big national company and, after three years of corporate pressure and stress, moved onto a local company with a great reputation called Elevated. It is a true delight to work for a company that not only greatly cares for customers but employees as well. I thoroughly enjoy the tight-knit group we have here. I am passionate about my profession and look forward to providing assistance in your quest for windows and/or doors!
